The Hikvision DS-7604NXI-K1 Network Video Recorder is a 4 channel Acusense recorder. Acusense is a technology that allows the recorder to recognize and record people and/or vehicles on all connected cameras. This reduces useless recordings such as recordings of leaves blowing around. Normal recorders with simple cameras, for example, cannot distinguish moving trees from people or vehicles, a consequence is that the recorder captures a lot of empty recordings.
