Of course, it can always happen that something is or becomes defective. In that case, the product can be returned to us if it is within the warranty period. A defect in a product caused by improper use or installation is excluded from the warranty. This is at the discretion of our technical department. Please fill out the form below, the RMA number is your order number. Returns within 14 days are free of charge. Please allow at least 10 working days for repair.
If the product is not defective after checking we charge at least 35, - euro research costs.

Right of withdrawal:

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days. This period starts the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. 

 During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days after the return or withdrawal.
