A. Currently, HikVision's Plugin is only supported by the following web browsers:
- Internet Explorer (Please note that Microsoft Edge does not work!)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari on iOS (iMac)
Google Chrome unfortunately no longer supports the Plugin!

Q. The camera gives white spots at night?
A. There may be moisture, grease or dirt on the dome of the dome camera which causes the infra red light to reflect back into the lens. The dome should be cleaned to correct this problem.
