The biggest advantage of the AX PRO is the integrated video verification option. This can be done in two ways; through an optional PIR camera that takes pictures and transmits them in a push message to the Hik-Connect app (with the pictures played as a GIF animation). The second option is by linking IP cameras. Up to 4 cameras can be added; one camera can be linked to one zone. If an alarm occurs in the zone to which a camera is linked, a 7-second video clip will be included in the push message.
Advices:
- Connecting the network wired is preferable to Wi-Fi
- Use the screws provided to mount the wireless detectors (tape may come off)
- Without using an additional keypad or card reader, the control center should be placed in a location in the building where voice messages can still be heard.
