Wifi connection with Hik-Connect directly is not possible, it is possible if you take a Hikvision NVR with it.
A 12 volt power supply is included so this does not need to be ordered extra.
This model can not be connected to POE.

The Hikvision DS-2CV2141G2-IDW displays images in Full HD 2560x1440 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter, making it a true day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can turn on the built-in matrix IR illumination, providing a razor-sharp image even in complete darkness (0 Lux). The IR lighting has a range of 30 meters. The camera features Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) which allows the camera to cope well with complex lighting conditions due to, for example, backlight from the sun or car headlights. The camera has a fixed lens of 2.8mm.
