The Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K2 Network Video Recorder is an 8 channel Acusense recorder. Acusense is a technology that allows the recorder to recognize and record people and/or vehicles on all connected cameras. This reduces useless recordings such as recordings of leaves blowing around. The recorder is equipped with a Hdmi output for connection of a TV or Monitor, a network output for connection to the network/APP, 2x SATA connection for a Harddisk (not included as standard, select below) On this recorder can record IP cameras that are connected via the network. (via PoE switch)

Hikvision AcuSense NVR 8-channel IP camera up to 12MP, person and vehicle classification for motion detection ( MD2.0) on 8 channels, fast target search and 1-channel face recognition. (video stream) or 4-channel on face recognition with photos.

Use of Hikvision Acusense technology 

  • This recorder with Acusense technology can apply Acusense technology to simple cameras.

    For older Hikvision IP cameras and the newer Acusense, this can be useful. So that people or vehicles are recognized for recording and/or push notifications. Normal recorders with simple cameras, for example, cannot distinguish moving trees from people or vehicles, a consequence is that the recorder captures a lot of empty recordings. So it is a very helpful technique that helps to do targeted recordings on persons and/or vehicles.

    Nog nooit een NVR gehad maar blij dat ik er eentje heb gekocht. Geweldig ding, doet wat die moet doen en draait hier nu een paar dagen en werkt geweldig. Waar ik wel tegen aan liep was het volgende: Foscam (kan alleen 24/7 opnemen, NIET bewegingen of zo) omdat dit ONVIR is en niet mee werkt met de NVR. Maar ik heb ook een Hikvision cam en die werkt prima met de software van deze NVR (logisch, het is beide hetzelfde merk). Wie weet koop ik er nog wel een Hikvision cam bij want het is best mooi en handig. Eerlijk, hij maakt wel een beetje lawaai, maar dat maken ze allemaal.

    Hoe dan ook, ik ben echt zeer tevreden over dit apparaat. Heb een S300 Harddisk gekocht van Toshiba, ook goed, met 6TB.
