Hikvision  DS-1LN5E-E/E UTP CAT5E Network Cable is extremely suitable for video applications. The cable meets the standards according to the TIA-568-C. In combination with the right network equipment, a speed of up to 1 Gbps / 1000Mbps can be achieved over a distance of 100 meters.

The cores of this cable consist of solid copper. This gives the cable important advantages over CCS (Copper Clad Steel) and CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum)

Advantages of network cable with copper:

  • Less cable resistance, so guaranteed operation up to 100 meters
  • Copper always remains flexible. With other materials this can decrease over time
  • Due to better and long-lasting flexibility of the material, there is also a smaller chance of vein ruptures
