Dahua VTO2211G-WP Outpost 2MP IP65, WiFi/PoE, Card Reader

 

  • Full-HD 2MP camera with a 125° opening angle
  • Mifare card reader up to 10,000 cards
  • Suitable for PoE
  • 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Using the VTO2211 as a server while connected to Wi-Fi is not recommended. 
  • Suitable for surface mounting
  • IP65 front (The back must be sealed for outdoor use)
  • Suitable for use without indoor station

Notice: without an indoor unit, this outdoor unit cannot control an external doorbell

Points of attention:

  • WiFi: This product is also suitable for WiFi. However, it is not recommended to use this outdoor station as a SIP server while connected to WiFi. This can be done but in case of signal problems it will work through in the entire intercom system. Our helpdesk offers support for problems related to the Intercom, however, our helpdesk does not offer support for Wi-Fi problems.
  • Stand alone:This outpost can be applied standalone as a video doorbell. That means the outpost can be directly paired with the Dahua DMSS app. 
  • SIP ServerThe entry panel can also be used as a SIP server within an intercom system. However, it is not recommended to use the outdoor unit as a SIP server when it is connected to the Wifi. The entire intercom system is connected to the SIP server. If the signal, the available bandwidth or the stability of the Wifi is not satisfactory that gives problems in the entire intercom system.
  • IP65:The specifications indicate that this device is IP65. This refers to the front side. The back must be cemented in outdoor applications. 
  • Outdoor installation:For Outdoor installation, we therefore recommend combining this product with the plastic VTM09R rain hood. This rain hood is made of plastic. Keep in mind that this can deform a bit on a non-level surface. It should also be glued on the back side.
  • Proprietary audio files: An addition of the 4.5 firmware is the function to upload your own mp3 audio files. This allows you to play a personalized welcome text. Please note that these mp3 audio files can only be a maximum of 20kb.
  • DMSS app with Push notifications: This outpost has an app. See our FAQ on how to set it up:  DMSS with Push notifications for Dahua intercom
  • Card reader: The outdoor station features a card reader suitable for Mifare. It is possible to add up to a maximum of 10,000 users.
  • SD card slot: The SD card slot in the VTO has no function for the time being.
