The DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHS 2.8-12MM DeepInView license plate camera from Hikvision is a unique camera designed to capture, record license plates and perform corresponding actions. Thanks to DeepInView technology, the camera also sees if there is a vehicle before the camera accepts the license plate number!
Thanks to the Ultra Low Light DarkFighter sensor and the 140dB WDR, the license plate camera can deal with very dark environments as well as sharp backlight from headlights, for example.
A whitelist and blacklist can be created in the camera, allowing approved license plates to trigger an action such as opening a gate and timely detection of unwanted visitors. The camera has a varifocal zoom lens and comes with a built-in mounting box.
